They are single or multi user storage systems with single, double or multiple deep storage. Servicing is either via rail-bound viaspeed and viaspeed XL storage retrieval machines (AS/RS) or viastore shuttle systems.

viastore shuttle systems are firmly established for certain applications in automated small parts handling. They are suitable in particular for companies experiencing rapid growth and having a complex range of items. viastore shuttle systems are easily scalable so that they can be expanded at any time. They are efficient helpers as highly dynamic solutions for the supply of workstations, as buffer storage solutions or for the sequence-oriented supply of goods in production and assembly. They can be used in various sectors as an ideal complement for storage/retrieval machines or warehouse carousels.
Warehouse software for all processes in the automatic mini-load system
The heart of your automated mini-load system (MLS) is the viad@t warehouse management system (WMS). It manages, monitors and controls all processes within the system, thereby significantly reducing the error rate – not only in automated mini-load systems, but also in conventional, manually operated warehouses or in forklift-serviced warehouses. All processes are transparent, energy saving and promote minimal distances. Products in automated warehouses are stored automatically according to their access frequency. In forklift-serviced systems, the forklift control system in viad@t ensures route-optimized operation.
