The International Logistics and Material Handling Exhibition SIL is held at Barcelona’s Gran Via de Fira. It is an Exhibition which, as a result of sector involvement, continues beating records, growing year after year and consolidating itself as the leading Exhibition in Spain and Southern Europe as an international point of reference where all logistics sectors are represented.

Das bundesweite Schule-Wirtschaftsprojekt Jugend denkt Zukunft schlägt eine Brücke zwischen Unternehmen und Schulen einer Region. Es bietet jungen Menschen im Rahmen eines kreativen Zukunftsdialogs die Chance, Wirtschaft und ihre Themen praxisnah kennenzulernen. Das Unternehmen hat die Möglichkeit, sich jungen Talenten als attraktiver Arbeitgeber zu präsentieren.

Seit dem bundesweiten Start im Jahr 2005 erfährt Jugend denkt Zukunft in hohem Maße Unterstützung auf allen Ebenen der Gesellschaft. Kammern, Wirtschaftsförderungen und Verbände unterstützen Jugend denkt Zukunft. Über 300 Unternehmen und mehr als 300 Schulen haben sich bis heute mit über 650 durchgeführten Innovationsspielen bei Jugend denkt Zukunft engagiert. Das beteiligte Unternehmen wird Gastgeber, „Pate “, und lädt junge Menschen aus seiner Region zu einem fünftägigen „Innovationsspiel “ ein. Zielgruppe sind Schülerinnen und Schüler aller Schultypen ab Jahrgangsstufe 9.

Praxisorientiert wechseln die Jugendlichen den Lernort und entwickeln Ideen zu einem Thema, das für das Unternehmen relevant ist. Dabei simulieren die Jugendlichen einen exemplarischen Innovationsprozess. Sie analysieren globale Megatrends, setzen sich mit themenspezifischen Branchentrends auseinander, entwickeln kreative Ideen und beschäftigen sich mit Fragen zu deren Umsetzung. Im Rahmen einer Abschlussveranstaltung präsentieren die Jugendlichen ihrem Patenunternehmen und seinen Gästen die Ergebnisse.

Das Innovationsspiel wird von der IFOK GmbH in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Unternehmen und der Schule inhaltlich vorbereitet und von speziell geschulten Moderatoren durchgeführt.
