High Performance Work Station
viastore systems has designed a new high performance order-picking work station enabling the picker to continuously, depending on the article and order structure, achieve the highest possible pick number per hour. The place of picking and the picked quantity as well as the place of dropping are clearly displayed to him. This is supported by clearly laid-out and quickly readable dialogues on the monitor.
viapick – Fully Automated Order Picking System
viapick is a fully-automated picking system for average-moving and slow-moving products. The autonomously working system replaces the picker. As a picker on the pick station, it grips into the storage container and places the products in the order container or in the shipping carton as defined (Pick’n’Pack).
HPPS – High Performance Picking System
HPPS is a new technique for highly efficient order picking. Following a pre-calculation of the required packing load and shipping units, order picking is carried out directly into the parcel or shipping unit to be dispatched (pick-pack). In the background, extremely flexible, dynamic and automated supply and disposal of the goods takes place, which are picked by the operator using pick-by-light or pick-by-voice.
