Philipp Hahn-Woernle appointed to the viastore management board

Philipp Hahn-Woernle (33) has been appointed third Managing Director of the intralogistics system supplier viastore systems next to his father Christoph Hahn-Woernle and Frank Apel as of 1 June 2011. He is responsible for the SAP Logistics Solutions division and for international business development.

Philipp Hahn-Woernle studied Business Administration with the focus on Business Informatics and Logistics at Würzburg University, and worked for an SAP development company in parallel. He earned his MBA (Master of Business Administration) in his post-graduate studies at Babson College in Boston (USA), and then worked for a business consulting company in the USA for several years.

He has already been working for viastore since 2009. viastore systems has been among the leading international system providers of turnkey automated intralogistics systems, of warehouse management systems, SAP solutions, material flow and process controls, and of storage and retrieval machines, for about 30 years. In 2010, approximately 350 employees generated a turnover of about 75 million Euros.
