In order to cover all requirements that you expect from SAP LES, viastore systems supplements the standard software with the necessary functions. To this end, our experts apply various processes:
Workarounds – Configuring the Standard System
The simplest and quickest method to adapt additional functions to the solution is to utilize Workarounds. For this, only the customizing-adjustment is changed, for example by switching on additional functions by taking functions from other SAP modules. No line of program code has to be changed. The standard stays intact.
User Exits – targeted enhancement of the standard system
If the various configuration possibilities are not sufficient, our SAP specialists utilize the User Exits made available by SAP. They consist of empty sub-programs which are filled with your individual requirements. With these User Exits, standard sequences can be adapted relatively easily.
Individual enhancements
If the desired functionality cannot be realized through the UserExits either (for example, because it is a function that is not envissioned in SAP in general), viastore systems will develop these functions for you. These are pure processes which are developed in an individual customer namespace in the SAP system. These additional enhancements will then be compatible with the next release.
