Regardless whether you need individual modifications or use the configured standard viad@tWMS – your application is based on an extensively tried and tested stable product with a wide scope of functions. This ensures quick and low-risk implementation. Individual adaptations can be realized quickly, cost-effectively and safely due to the modular design of the viad@tWMS standard software.

Since the viad@tWMS software is not dependent on a specific database or operating system and owing to its modular design, upgrades do not involve major time and effort.
Handling and Interfaces
In addition to mouse navigation, all processes at the work stations can also be carried out by using the keyboard or touch screen. The use of bar code scanners and RFID readers has been integrated. A user-dependent voice output supports the operator and ensures that viad@tWMS can be used at all locations worldwide.
Depending on the field of application, there are three standard user interfaces available.
- PC (stationary)
- Forklift terminal (mobile, forklift)
- Handheld (mobile, operator)

If needed, our hotline can provide quick and reliable support. Standardized analysis methods and the direct access to your installation ensure that downtime is kept to a minimum.
Comprehensive Documentation and Training
A comprehensive user and administrator documentation with online function through to field level is available for viad@tWMS.
We also offer viad@tACADEMY, an extensive training program covering user training all the way through to viad@tWMS programming.
Since viad@tWMS is a standard product, it is also possible to conduct training courses before your individual software adaptations have been included. Naturally these trainings events are tailored to your specific requirements.
